Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  1. Before purchasing any service on “ AD7.SHOP ” make sure you agree our
    Refund policy, If you are not agree to all of our refund policy kindly don’t purchase
    anything from “ AD7.SHOP ” .
  2. All products and services available on AD7.SHOP Refund will be proceed
    with in 2 Working days & Amount will be refunded to your Account with
    in 3-7 Working days.
  3. If order is not fulfilled or activated within 72 Hours of placing order we provide you
    100% Refund.
  4. If your order is fulfilled or activated we charge 50% cancellation fee and provide you
    rest amount as partial refund.
  5. If you (customer) purchased a wrong product you need to create support ticket with
    in 1 hour of placing order to get 100% Refund , If you create support ticket after 1
    hour of placing order we consider that you have intentionally used the service and
    creating refund request after using it. In this case we charge 50% cancellation fee
    and provide you rest amount as partial refund.
  6. We charge 50% fee to withdraw funds you have added in AD7.SHOP Wallet.
  7. NO REFUND will be issued after 30 Days of payment.
  8. To get refund kindly create support ticket in Refund Department your refunds will be
    process within 2 working days and you get money to your original payment method
    within 7-15 working days.
  9. Payment gateway fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.

Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {digital address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable digital shipping service or purchasing digital shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
